Wow! 15 Years Already?!

Today, Randy and I have been married for 15 years. It's hard to believe that it's been that long. It seems like time just flies. It's been a great 15 years so far. I look at myself in this picture and see how young I was. I can't believe he wanted to marry me. I have been blessed with a great husband who makes me feel special everyday!

We spent a quiet evening together, just the two of us, no kids at all, not even baby. We went out to eat at PCC. The dining was ok, but I didn't mind. I was just glad to have an evening with Randy to myself. Our kids were sweet in wishing us "Happy Anniversary" all day. Leigh even made us a chocolate cake which was really good by the way.

Happy Anniversary Dear!!

Play-Doh Boss!

Poor Micah's been home with stomach issues. He was getting pretty bored on his 2nd day home, so we busted out the play-doh. Together we made a cake. What do you think? You think Buddy would hire us?

Watch Out World!

The kids understand now why EVERYTHING has to picked up off the ground. Jace is definitely more mobile now and is waaaay into exploring. He doesn't do a full crawl, but his "army-man" style gets him to where he wants to be and fast!

The Dentist - Family Affair

One day, I'll remember to bring my camera everywhere with me. It's such an issue with me. Normally, I don't blog about going to the dentist, but I felt that this time I should. Only because it was definitely a family affair. 4 out 6 of us were being seen, so we took the whole family with us. It was kind of funny because the office staff knows I have a good sized family and when we walked through the door with our whole tribe, they made a little noise about it. "It's the whole family!", someone exclaimed. It made us all laugh. Everyone had a good report (except me, but we won't get into that).
After the dentist, we walked over to one of our favorite places to eat at, "Ninja Sushi" and all had lunch. It was so fun to just be together and enjoy each other's company. After lunch we ran around doing a few more errands and then it was off to home.

Conference Weekend

This whole weekend has been great. Every time conference comes around, we try to continue the traditions we started and add new ones. I think a new one we need to start is making our whole weekend just about being close as a family.

Friday night, we had a pizza and movie night. Homemade pizza, rootbeer, popcorn, congo bars and a fun movie "Tangled". It was great! I didn't think to take pictures. I feel a little out of practice with taking pictures for this blog.

Saturday was spent at the beach. It was a nice relaxing time.

Sand Monster!!

Jace didn't really want to go near the sand.

My boogie boarders.

I think with being sick this past week, I gave up making cinnamon rolls for some ward members this time, as well as for our family. That's part of our Sunday morning breakfast tradition. I <3 my family because they didn't mind at all. In fact, they got up and just ate a bowl of cereal. I was a little late in making the kids their conference packets. They didn't complain.

Micah's righteous soldier.

Micah enjoyed working on this mobile.

He really enjoyed the conference packet I printed up for him.

Leigh helped make some "japongan" doughnuts during our in between session.

Then it was back to watching the rest of conference. I wasn't as prepared as I usually am. I didn't get all my usual traditions done this time around, but I feel like we still felt the Spirit. A tradition I guess we should always keep.
