BYUH Culture NIght 2012

Culture night at BYUH has been something that they've done for a looooong time. When I attended BYUH, I remember participating in Culture Night with the Tongan Club. It's a fun experience. The great thing about it is that anyone can do it. Anyone can join any club and participate in that culture's dance. Everyone loves it!! We took our kids to watch. They were a little skeptical if it would be fun. We told them that we wouldn't stay for the whole thing and leave to go get ice-cream after. Two hours later, we had to convince them to go. Funny story though, we were walking out of the CAC building where we saw the Maori club lined up and ready to go perform. Without hesitation, our kids did a 180 degree turn, and headed back in to go watch them. After that performance, we left for our treats. This is one of the many things I do love about living here. Our kids get exposed to so many different cultures. Definitely a blessing.
