It's Different In Real Life

Did I mention that I actually hadn't gone to other two scrimmages that my son had? Not because I was being a chicken, but because of conflicts in schedules.
So this was the first time I got to watch my son in action. I'm not quite sure how I feel about it.

When I hear the colliding of football pads, my eyebrows raise and I cringe inwardly, hoping that my son didn't get hurt. I look at the field and my son is still going.

It was a beautiful day that day. Kara and Jace were enjoying the sun.

There he goes. I'm proud of him. Football is a rough game, especially in real life, but he just keeps going back for more.
