Today was Pack 66's Raingutter Regatta. This is the first one we've ever had. It's not as . . . how shall we say . . . competitive as a PineWood Derby, but it definitely was very fun.
The prep work for the boats was quick and easy. They come in kits by the way. The boys just used stickers and crayons to decorate.
Then it was time to blow. It was kind of wet outside because of the rain, but that didn't "damper" the boys' spirits of fun.
I guess Micah figured it was easier without the straw.
Even Kara got to make her boat and join in.
In the end, everyone received an award. Micah's certificate read that his boat was the most colorful. I agree. Great job Micah!!
